If for any reason a  customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, they may contact us within 7 days via email of taking delivery, and organize to return the product and receive a refund of the purchase price excluding the associated Delivery Costs, subject to the terms and conditions listed below:

In order to organise a refund under these terms and conditions, the customer must notify Elitemilitaria via the Contact Us page or phone +61 0424425899  within 7 days receipt and request a refund under these terms and conditions. The customer must comply with the directions of our staff in order to facilitate a refund

2. Where a customer requests a refund in accordance with these terms and conditions, the refund will be for the amount of the purchase price excluding the return postage costs

3. The 7 Day period will commence on the date that the customer accepts delivery of their items. Where there is no proof of delivery, this date will be assumed to be 7 business days in Australia or 25 days overseas from the date of dispatch of the product.

4. The item must be returned within 7 days of requesting a refund under these terms and conditions, via a trackable mail service, in the original condition it was received in.

5. Returned products must be returned in accordance with the Refunds and Returns section of our Terms & Conditions page.  This includes being returned in the original packaging, and in the original condition it was sold in.

6. Customers must return the products for which they are seeking a refund at their own cost.

7. After receiving the returned goods, Elitemilitaria will issue a refund as soon as is reasonably practicable and the customer will be provided with e-mail acknowledgement.  Where possible, refunds will be processed by reversing the initial customer transaction. Elitemilitaria accepts no responsibility for any delays that may occur in receiving the refund as a result of any third-party payment gateway.

8. Elitemilitaria is in no way responsible for the receiving country's custom laws or duties. Elitemilitaria will not be liable for items 'lost' or 'damaged' in the post. A tracking number will be issued.

Elitemilitaria will usually dispatch the items within 48 hours of receiving the order during business days, however, postal delays can occur due to unforseen circumstances. e.g. Covid-19 delays

Australia Post is the preferred postage contractor, however there are exceptions to the size of the parcel, then we will use a courier.
